Trapped by my panic, held by depression.
I tried to climb the walls and reach for the light.
I pushed me down, slid down those greasy walls of fear.
Who's up there, why it's only me!
Pushing down my fear, holding back my negativity.
Saw the frail thin hands of shame reach for the top.
ground them under heel and pushed them down yet again.
Trapped by my panic, held by depression.
